Clubhouse Clinician

Join Our Team as a Clubhouse Clinician!

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals struggling with mental health challenges? Do you have the skills and experience to provide compassionate and effective support to those in need? Southeastern Directions for Life in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Clubhouse Clinician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy to clients with mental health diagnoses
  • Develop treatment plans and goals in collaboration with clients
  • Assist clients in developing life skills and coping mechanisms
  • Coordinate care with other mental health professionals and community resources
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and case consultations
  • Engage with clients in the Clubhouse model, promoting a sense of community and belonging

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of an associated degree in a helping profession
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Passion for promoting mental health and wellness
