Southeastern Directions for Life is seeking a Homebased Therapist to provide quality mental health services in a home-based setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with individuals and families in need of therapeutic support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions in various community settings
• Develop treatment plans and goals in collaboration with clients
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

• Southeastern will also accept applications from individuals in their final year, or "internship" of a Counseling or MSW program
• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Licensed or license-eligible therapist in the state of South Dakota preferred
• Experience providing therapy to individuals and families
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
